Annealed polyethylene film obtained on Phillips Catalyst

Annealed at 130oC polyethylene film that has been formed below melting point on flat model Phillips Catalyst (Cr on silica). The left image is topography, the right image is corresponding phase image. Soft contact cantilever with resonant frequency 24kHz has been used for semicontact mode because of soft sample.
