Nanotube-Polystyrene composite

The 3D volume organization of conducting composites of polystirene and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and their volume conductivity distribution has been analyzed with nanometer resolution by means of conductive atomic force microscopy (C-AFM).

Images are obtained with SPM NTEGRA Tomo.
