NT-MDT is excited to extend an exclusive invitation for you to participate in our German workshop in Frankfurt on Tuesday the 24th  February and Wednesday the  25th Of February in the Westin Grand Frankfurt on the techniques of AFM, Raman, SNOM and TERS.
In addition to the talks we will be able to provide and demonstrate measurements on the NTEGRA Spectra, modular NTEGRA and TITANIUM devices.
We would also like to take the opportunity to invite you to join us for dinner at 7.30pm.

Workshop Agenda

  • Advanced Electrical measurements using new AFM controller with integrated 5 lock-in amplifiers;
  • Nonresonance technique (mechanical properties and topography) using the unique Hybrid  Mode;
  • Unique integrated AFM/Confocal/Raman/SNOM system;
  • TERS (Tip Enhanced Raman Scattering, nano Raman) applications: LIVE demonstration of super-resolution Raman imaging on variety of samples;
  • System for automated AFM measurements with unique Revolution Multiprobe Cartridge System (TITANIUM);
  • Applications with Piezo Response Force Microscopy (PFM).


Dr. Sergei Magonov

CEO of NT-MDT America. Dr. Magonov is involved in scanning probe microscopy activities since 1988 as the Head of STM/AFM laboratory (FMF, Freiburg University) and principal scientist in Digital Instruments, Veeco Instruments and Agilent Instruments. Recent developments and applications include single-pass electric modes, Hybrid mode, etc.”

 


Prof. Lukas Eng

Prof. Lukas Eng is Professor at the Institute of the Applied Physics of Dresden Technical University, Germany. His main scientific demands are the structural, optical (vis, IR, THz) and electrical properties of nanosystems based on ferroic materials.

 


Prof. Andrei Kholkin

Prof. Andrei Kholkin is one of the Pioneers in the field of the Piezo Response Force Microscopy (PFM). He is currently based at the University of Aveiro in Portugal.

         


Prof. Victor Bykov 

Prof. Victor Bykov is  PRESIDENT of NT-MDT Co. He founded NT-MDT in 1989. At the same time he is a Head of Department  of Physical and Quantum Electronics in Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).

 


Dr. Pavel Dorozhkin

Pavel Dorozkhin’s responsibilities at NT-MDT include developing unique products and applications with the integration of Atomic Force Microscopy and various optical spectroscopy techniques: AFM-Raman, SNOM & TERS. Pavel has ~20 years of experimental research experience in spectroscopy of nanomaterials and related fields”

 


Dr. Rüdiger Berger

Since 2002 he has a Researcher position at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz (Germany). His current research is focusing on Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) for characterization of soft matter.
